Mikaeel has been very close to all sort of sports since the mere age of 3 - playing Basketball, participating in Gymnastics and Taekwondo. He started participating in Taekwondo and Gymnastics competitively

By the age of 9, Mika had become a top gymnast in his age division in Florida and had earned his First Degree Black belt in Taekwondo by the age of 9 and a half.

The once a week tennis session wasn’t possible so the parents took the reigns, became his coaches - from finding empty parking lots to hit and preparing a make shift tennis court on the streets and in the garage… There was nothing that could hold them back and Mikaeel started taking baby steps in the world of Tennis

Then Mika was hit with “Growth Spurt” and the world came to stand still due to Covid but just before both of these, Mikaeel had seen an empty tennis court and imagined himself playing there which the parents supported with everything they had got

TODAY… Mikaeel is Pakistan no. 1 in Junior tennis circuit, Top seed in Florida and ranked 800 in the World with progress being made everyday.
Multiple ITF singles and doubles titles, Asian championships, numerous national tournament wins and helping Pakistan secure a direct qualification to Davis Cup Jr.’s Asia qualifiers 2026 are a few of his tennis achievements to name

Irrespective of everything, What should make everyone proud is Mikaeel wants to help those who want to play tennis but cannot afford. He constantly looks out for others in need and helps them as much as possible. He donates equipment and apparels to underprivileged in Pakistan to help boost the sport in a cricketing nation and has also organized an invitational tournament with his mother in Multan, Pakistan - a city which hasn’t hosted any tennis tournament in decades. Miakeel is also Youth Ambassador for Government of the Punjab, Pakistan and recipient of numerous awards
